For some reason, we always thought that we had cavity wall insulation in our house.
Eventually, just as the snow and ice was melting away, there was some grit!
After February's rather poor cycle mileage (mostly due to the snow that I've not written about yet), and with some determination to make a habit of extended commutes and regular "training" rides, I've decided to set myself a goal.

Nothing...NOTHING I've ever come across is as unpredictable, complicated, difficult to get right, and downright confusing as this.
After a week off with bad weather and a few days off with a bad back I was finally back in the saddle.
I have discovered one of the dangers of snow! And it's caused me an injury.
How do I get involved in this sort of thing? What is there to do? How can I make a difference?
